Best Friends Forever

I got my best friend back today.

My friend had been out of my life for quite some time and my life was not the same. I moped around and pretty much made everyone miserable because I was miserable without my best friend.

My friend helped me to see beauty in the mundane and helped me to express myself in the world around me.

But then we moved and there was not space in my life for my friend.

My friend felt neglected.

When I finally got around to paying my friend attention, my friend refused to help me. Because of my neglect, my friend was sick.

So I took care of my friend, I cleaned my friend up and got my friend the professional help my friend needed.

Now my friend's back and my days will be filled with purpose again. My friend is helping me to unlock the creativity within me.

My days will be happy and bright and I will probably be a much nicer person now.

I love my friend.

BFF!

Big Mac--are you sayin' what I think your sayin'? When would you be "expecting" those baby clothes?

Big Mac said...

Am I sayin what you think Im sayin'? Well that all depends on what Im sayin or is it your perspective that you think Im sayin what Im sayin I could be sayin one thing and meanin' another thing and you could be thinkin' one thing and meanin' another I could be sayin' something and you might be thinkin' something totally off the wall...........what are we talkin about?

OK then, what size baby clothes were you wantin'? New born, or melody size, (which is pretty darn near new born)(unless she's grown since I last saw her) (which, by the way has been waaaayyy too long, and you best get what I'm sayin' there Big Mac...it's like you live in Alaska or something, not just a couple of hours away...)

.............so what we are talking about Mr. Big Mac is...does Miss Rissa have something in the oven or are you just funnin' us?

Melody is doing alright on clothes I don't believe she needs anything but she probably wouldn't be mad if her Aunt Mindy made her a pretty little dress for the summer. It has been waay to long since we have seen ya Clarissa and I were just talkin' this mornin' on the way to church that we have been missing you guys and our little trips over the mountain. She said that she was comfortable just sitting in the van this mornin' and could have been content for three hours of just sittin' there while we drove over the hill to your house. I told her that when I can get a saturday free we will be able to make that trip.
Miss Rissa was baking some crescents cressants crescants, rolls shaped like partial moons, the other day but we ate them. She hasn't baked anything for a close to three years now. I think she has started to come back to baking again. She might even continue baking for another seven to eight months. She will probably stop baking again for a while after that. But we are not crosssing our fingers.

Well, I'd ask her to bake a batch for me, but I have enough kids, er, rolls as it is and will have to be satisfied with my bounty! But about that visit, I guess you'll be coming round the mountain when you come?...

OK OK maybe she does have more than buns in the oven. I love your bounty they are awesome... got a free saturday coming up so I'll let you know when that is... need a little humidity throat getting dry.......
